An instance of the URL shortener tool Shlink is set up for any usage within the context of "Aktiv mit MS".
Shlink
The frontend can be accessed via https://shlink.amms.link.
An authentication is required.
Because Shlink does not provide any user management all users have admin rights.
To counter unwanted changes or deletions of entries by accident, a regular backup
has been set up.
The backup runs every night.
The backed up data is being kept for 14 days.

Best Practices
- Create different short URLs for each use case (e.g. for each brochure) to retain maximal flexibility and the possibility to track how often URLs visited from which use case.
